    Being Human Exhibition

    This exhibition June 2017 my Bachelor of Art Foundation degree completed. There were five of us in our group and we wanted to show how individual our work was but at the same time we all had quite personal human emotions within our work. I will be heading to Cheltenham University to do my final year in Sept 2017 and that will give me an BA Honours..Looking forward to it.

    Next Project

    So the last project inspired me so much I went even bigger....although I am not a dolls house enthusiast I saw this piece in an antiques shop and felt it would make a great design set for my photography and look great in exhibitions in the middle of the floor with the art photography around the walls. Its going to take me years to work on it however I don't want to restore it! I want to turn it into a stage set! Go into parts of it and set up little room stages! It will very time consuming but I think it will give some great photography time captures! Cant wait...will keep you posted of progress..

    My latest project

    My latest project

    I built this little room in a 1920's cigar box. I have been working on building a stage set to take my art photographs in. It took me months as I kept getting cold feet, I was worried I wouldn't be able to recreate a piece to meet my expectations and dreams ! I am happy and inspired by the piece! I feel it has developed my skills and fed my imagination moving me further into more exciting projects. I really enjoyed the detail of creating the set, especially the walls! I get very excited taking the photography because its a magical feeling when I capture a moment that looks real but its not! It is a strange feeling almost a creation of time and mystery. There is a story in each shot! I want to capture a few more moments of this room. Maybe of the fireplace and some of the walls so I can capture the detail and markings ...

    looking out of my workshop I have miles of views of the surrounding countryside in the Cotswolds..living here is like a dream..so many beautiful scenes to inspire me..
