My painting arrived packaged really well and in perfect condition. Clearly I didn't read the dimensions very well as it is a little smaller than I had expected, but it was easy to find the right spot to hang it, as it's really lovely! I didn't communicate directly with the artist so cannot speak to that.

I bought several pictures by Kathy at the same time and I am delighted with all of them. She was particularly helpful when I added an extra picture when she had already packaged the others! Kathy kept me informed throughout and they arrived in good time, well packaged and secure. I suspect they will not be the last!

These pieces arrived well protected and in great condition. The mixed media piece looks even better than depicted. This artist is very responsive and prompt.

It was one of those artworks that I didn't intend to buy - I wanted something huge for my living room - but I kept coming back to this little gem. It's absolutely what I wanted! I can't stop looking at it!
