Was really looking forward to receiving this art work. Unfortunately, when it arrived there was a significant crack in the painting which has spoiled the oil and the overall aesthetic of the art work - so disappointed. The package was only posted rather than couriered which may explain the crack. Have tried to contact the seller but have not received any response to date. I have no doubt that this is a very talented artist but it is such a pity that the painting has been spoiled!

1. When I sent work, it was in perfect condition. I do not know how and where appeared scratch on my work. Maybe all blame are on the postal service. For next customers I will change postal office. 2. I can not answer you immediately but I answer you next day (please keep in mind the time difference). 3. Concerning to courier delivery I'm doing everything to ensure the client from the additional costs. 4. This review was published despite the fact that the work was returned to the artist. This means that the work has not been sold.
