MORE STARS PLEASE! THIS! This is the piece that lived through the early days of the war in Ukraine. This is the art that I wondered if I would ever receive and now that I have it, it is a part of my life and history. Ole has been kind enough to give me a photogrpah of the location that she painted from real life so I can retain it with the paintin for posterity. For me it is more than the magnificent rendering of an everyday scene in the life of people that might be seen anywhere in the world. There is a story: the story of a people living and loving their lives with no idea of the impending disruption. I wonder if any of the people in the picture were harmed? The painting is vibrant and inviting. It takes center stage in my living area and each time I view it, I see and feeling different aspects such as the person walking to ? and the refreshing snow, or the lights that illuminate architecture, and the visual movement of lines, shapes, and subjects. It is a beautiful piece of art on its own merit and the narrative enhances the beauty and interest. Love Ole's work and hope to buy more in the future! She also packs her art so very well with wooden frames to protect!

Thank you Teresa for such an emotional and touching review. I appreciate it very much. And I am also happy that I returned from evacuation to Kyiv. I don't know what will happen next, but today I am happy that I can paint in my studio despite the daily air raids. And I am also happy that despite the war, the Ukrainian postal service is working! Excellent. Wonderful as all her paintings are. I have at least a dozen now. Tragically Eldorado seems to have been stolen from my office. It was a Christmas present for two of my grandchildren. Thank you very much Ole David McDonough Ps remind me where you live

Ole’s oil paintings are fabulous and vibrant in person. I ordered a larger painting after receiving several smaller ones and seeing first hand how beautiful they were. I highly recommend this artist. She also added a generous free gift!
