I was terribly disappointed in the way the artwork was packaged and it was damaged in transit. If she had taken the time and trouble to use something other than a thin piece of cardboard, there probably would not have been any damage to the artwork. I sent Ms. Kovacs pictures of the damage. Ms. Kovacs offered to redo the painting but we needed it for a present for my husband's partner and could not wait. She did refund $30.00 as asked but that did not cover the cost of either the shipping or the additional framing charges.

There were some bends in the paper painting that was placed in the tube due to crushing of the tube in travel.

One of my favorite artists! I have 7 of her works! It is my own Anna art gallery! I love her sense of great color and the way she depicts people in her works! This last piece was a commission-a smaller version of one of her larger works. As always Anna contacted me immediately and made two versions which to choose! She went way beyond what most others do! She is so talented, very easy to work with, very kind and wants the owner to love what she makes them! I can’t recommend her and her painting more! Thank you for making my home so welcoming with all your wonderful paintings Anna!

We were so pleased with our art! The images online accurately portrayed the paintings, and they were even more beautiful in real life due to the texture of the paper. Anna was quick to email me about my order and quick to ship. It was a wonderful experience to connect with an artist far away!
