This piece absolutely made my day when it arrived at my place of business in Oak Lawn after havinvg traveled all the way from Hungary, approximately 9030 kilometers away. The photo doesn't even come close to doing it justice, especially in regards to what appears to be bright red blood on the hound's ear; the actual painting holds a wildly ideal colour contrast & no sign of the harsh crimson depicted in the image online. It is beyond my comprehension as to how the lovely Kovács Anna Briggita was able to compose, conduct & transpose such a stunningly accurate portrayal of the Saint Hubert's wrinkly wisdom, so significantly signature to that of its blessed breed. I've had a bloodhound or perhaps I should say he has had a human, for over 9 years. My best & usually my only friend, he goes by many names but mostly Bugsy, Mr. Bugg Holliday, Doodle or "El-Dude-O", depending on our combined current state of mind. Now, as we clumsily stumble up the final few splintering stairs of life, we're trying to make the most of it through our shared appreciation of freshly cooked meals, constantly comical conversation, and of course, the finest of fine art. With a couple slobbery licks on the cheek, Bugsy & I would like to personally thank the artist for this masterpiece. It has us both smiling daily from ear to sagging ear. Köszönöm, hogy egy festő. Delighted with my new painting. Anna has captured the life and vibrancy perfectly. A truly wonderful additional to my collection which will light up my home. It has been a pleasure dealing with someone who is so enthusiastic about their work and takes great pride in providing not only wonderful artwork but also ensuring that it is received in perfect condition.
