  • About my installation in Australia

    Tension is an exploration of space, created by a network of straps. My networks symbolize the integration and connectedness of everything in life, but can also be understood as a symbol of entrapment. This work has been created in response to the site. The word “STOP” came to me during the process of creating my installation. This word can be interpreted in many ways, giving multiple meanings. There is a relationship that exists between a belief in the power of will or human agency, and the feeling of helplessness or fatalism. This combination of opposing feelings is what is reflected on a visual level in the installation. My work is an exploration of the process itself. The result is pursuit of perfection or just seeking the tipping point (nexus).
