  • Biography
    A young promise who has broken all the gender barriers in a closed artistic community. Judith Ruiz broke ties with her origins. She was born in Oaxaca a state in the south of Mexico. There some communities still have the believe that women should be only allowed to stay home and raise kids. 

    She wanted to pursue an artistic carrier and agains all odds she decided to break stereotypes and join a group of painters and learn how to be an artist. 

    Ruiz represents power and willingness. Despite the hard time she had pursuing this career, her artworks are full of love and redemption. It's all a bittersweet taste.

    Ruiz created a series of artworks: sculptures and paintings where all her memories lay. She become obsessed to try to find herself with this exhibition.
