Mr. Halliday has a rare talent. His work is moving and timeless, yet quite accessible. Even though I only purchased a very small painting, he treated my order with utmost care. It was lovingly packaged, and he provided regular shipping updates. It arrived within a week of ordering, even though I live in the U.S. Impressed!
