Joanne's work has lovely depth and light. She really captured the feeling of standing at edge of Lake Superior. My homesick heart is so happy. I received the painting quickly and Joanne provided excellent instructions for care and framing. This is my first Artfinder purchase and every little thing about it went great. I'm recommending Joanne and Artfinder to all my art-making and art-loving friends and family.

The painting was absolutely beautiful. It arrived quickly after I purchased it. My only complaint is that with such original beauty that it should be mailed with care. My package arrived bent and the outside of the envelope was wet. Luckily, I retrieved the package before any real damage was done. I would rather pay for better shipping than for a piece of art to be ruined.

I have contacted my post office and they in turn will contact your post office about this handling issue. I have not had any problems with the postal service up untill now but will consider using a different carrier in the future. Sorry for the scare, so glad the paintng wasn't damaged

Lovely picture. Not a painting as listed but done in pastels. Still very pleased and the seller was lovely and a pleasure to buy from. Currently at the framers but can’t wait to get this picture on the wall. My collection in coming along nicely thanks to Artfinder 😊

So glad it arrived safely and that you are pleased with it. There is a movement in pastel circles to call our work paintings as opposed to drawings because even though we apply the dry , pure pigment without a brush, we are still using painterly techniques. Besides the fact that artfinder does not give me a category called "pastels" at the top when I enter each work of art. It however was referred to in the "materials" desciption. Thanks again. Joanne
