Despite the little delay that is because of the circumstances (covid-19 and holidays) the painting in perfect condition!

I collected a series of nude male art during the pandemic. Male Nude with Hat stands out from an artistic perspective. I love the colors, the lines, and...the hat!! Also, the artist (Jelena) was so lovely to speak with via the Artfinder message board. She ensured that my painting arrived safely and we made a personal connection long-distance.

The art was delayed significantly but I'm quite sure it was not the fault of the artist but rather the postal service. Jelenia's efforts in terms of the artwork, sale and shipping were spot on. The mail systems along the way, most certainly including ours in the US, were to blame for the art being held up along the way. I am amazed it arrived at all, much less in perfect shape. Credit must certainly be given to David in the Customer Relations office. He worked both creatively and tirelessly tracking the progress, or lack thereof until it arrived weeks later. Bravo David!

Lovely, warm & natural atmosphere of the scene was so attractive for painting. One that is so close to what we can see at Bonnard's Man and Woman. ' The two figures , both naked, bring into painting what is called in French 'le naturel' :a lack of inhibition so complete that at first we barely notice it.' Love this quote, and try to convey the same mood in my paintings. Thank you soooo much, the piece now belongs to wonderful people! Jelena
