Jane was prompt, friendly, professional and generous. I would definitely recommend her as a seller and artist and would not hesitate to purchase her beautiful art again. The only reason I gave 4 stars for accuracy was because the picture sizes were slightly off and the colours weren't as differentiated as I would've liked. But she did reprint one before sending and did explain with this type of thing it can be quite difficult to get the exact colouring every time, so I was at least prepared for this difference. Jane was a joy to interact with.

Many thanks for taking the time to review our transaction Jacinta. Selling online is a learning curve for me so your comments about the colouring of your works are much appreciated. Matching colours is hard as I also don't know how your PC is reproducing them but the differentiated aspect you mention should be spot-on. Happy to have another go!
