So delighted with this print, the colours are just great - so vibrant. Great Langdale valley is one of my most favourite places in the Lakes and this captures the Pikes and the quarry so well -can't wait to get it framed! Packaging and delivery excellent too, thanks James.

Love the picture and thank you for delivering it so quickly. The colour was different on screen to the actual picture and it might be useful to know this, but it didn't matter to me.

Hi there. I'm glad you received and are enjoying the print. Thank you for the information about the colour discrepancy. I do endeavour to ensure the accuracy of the colours across all the items I sell on Artfinder. As I hope you can understand occasionally it is difficult to ensure consistency, especially as each monitor, phone and tablet has different colour settings as defined by their individual users. Lovely painting, very happy with the purchase which will make a super Christmas present. James was in touch to assure me the picture was on it's way too which made the whole purchase worry free.

I love the print but it is a copy with drawing pin holes through it and very scuffed, with the remains of a price sticker etc,

Dear Imogen. Thanks for your feedback. I'm sorry that you've found the print not to be 100% to your satisfaction. I'm normally the recipient of really positive praise for my work so would like to get to the bottom of your dissatisfaction. Taking each element of your feedback in turn: Firstly, I'm interested to understand why you describe the print as a 'copy'. The print you have is one of 20 that make up the entirety of the printed edition, each which has been individually handcrafted, numbered and signed by my own fair hand. The item was clearly marked as part of an edition rather than a unique piece on my Artfinder shop. The pin holes you describe are right at the edge of the paper, and are the result of the printing process. Once mounted and framed they are intended to not be visible. There are indeed remnants of a sticker on the cellophane wrapping. I do retail my prints elsewhere, the sticker will have indicated the price at some point in the past. The wrapping is intended as a temporary solution to protect the print before it is framed. I'm really happy to hear that you like print, but if you feel it isn't 100% to your satisfaction then please let me know and I will be happy to reimburse you the full cost of your purchase.
