Beautiful piece of artwork that works so well with our decor. Excellent packaging and arrived unexpectedly before Christmas. Easy communications with Ivan throughout the buying process. Will continue to use Artfinder to keep an eye on Ivan’s future work.

As a first time buyer I was a little apprehensive but I have been very impressed with the process from start to finish. Communication with the artist was prompt and the painting arrived in good time. It was very well packaged and when unwrapped it looked more impressive than I could have hoped for. It has just come back from the framer and will be hung in our lounge in time for Christmas. I would have no hesitation in recommending this website or Ivan himself - in fact I'm hoping to buy another from him in the not too distant future. Thank you!

The commission of a picture of my daughter seen above was Breath takingly accurate and superbly painted by Ivan. I now have three pictures from Ivan and I am likely to buy more.

Ivan is a great find and everyone who sees the three pictures I have now bought from him think they’re incredible. He is a very talented artist with a great eye for detail and colour. He is my favourite Artist of the moment.

Amazing painting! Great communication with Ivan, which was good because I had to have him delay the shipment because I wouldn't be home on the expected delivery date. The artwork arrived in a well packaged wooden box and was flawless. Looks great in my living room!

Well, just to say that, after a hell of procedures to rescue the picture from Customs, I had to pay 42€ in concept of taxes and manipulation etc. It means that I’ve paid 94.7€ for a painting plus 31’86 for shipping (a regular courier, nothing particularly express) and another 42€ in taxes… I’m a regular buyer of artwork through the internet (eBay, Carré d'artistes, Artelista, etc) and never ever have had a similar circumstance. I don’t understand why Artelista is different but, I’m sure you will understand, it will be very difficult for me to repeat or recommend this website to anybody. In addition, I have to say that the pictures of the painting in the Artfinder web site have an amount of blue and purple difficult to find in the original received, which abounds in oranges and ocher… so the accuracy of the pictures is not particularly good. Well, sadly, I’m not the happiest customer.

Hello Rufino..... Through Arfinder, I sold over 100 art works to various countries around the world, including several times for Spain. I have never had complications and problems like yours so far. Maybe you're an isolated case. I'm really sorry you had so many issues about packet downloading from your customs. The most I can do is to refund the extra costs you had. If you are not happy with the painting, you can return it and all the money will be returned to you. I have to mention this also, the screen of the computer is different from the screen to the screen. On my screen, the picture is such, as I mentioned in the description of the picture. And I specifically remarked that colors could slightly deviate from the original color of the painting. Nobody ever complained about my package !!! but I understand you because you're angry. Regardless of everything I wish you all the best....
