I am very happy with my new work of art. The whole buying process was very easy with good communication from the artist. I have tried to post a picture on the site but it won’t except my iPad default photos which are JPEGs.

Another stunning painting by the extremely talented and gifted Irene Raspollini. I knew I was going to love it even before it arrived and I do. The thing that struck me first about it is the colours - so rich and vibrant and they work really well together too. Then there's the detail in the girl's dress and the heart she's holding. I love the expressions on the figures' faces as well - thoughtful, wistful and a little bit sad - makes you wonder what their story is. It's just superb and easily one of the best pieces of art I've ever bought. Thank you so much Irene.

Dear Martin, money matters; but the real earning, when you sell a piece of art you love, are words as lovely as yours. Art is, above all, communication. When a painting hits the heart of someone, and the recipient finds almost all the hints the artist hides in it, this communication is successful and reaches its goal. A stunning painting by a very talented artist. This is a fabulous addition to my collection. It's wonderfully painted and textured - so strongly rendered that it's difficult to believe it's a watercolour. Needless to say I'm extremely happy with it. Irene is also very friendly and it's been delightful exchanging messages with her. Many thanks.

Two more amazing paintings by Irene. "We'll meet again at the end of June" is beautiful and full of the joy of summer. "The Black Skull Society reunion was cancelled" is both beautiful and characteristically enigmatic. What or who is this black skull? Is the girl part of the society? The paintings of the girls tattoos is exquisite: birds, wings, tails and flowers and words which are not quite revealed. And what is the hand pointing to? The girl is completely calm, but the blackbird has a sense of urgency. Is it the blackbird who is speaking to tell her the reunion is cancelled? I love this painting.
