I am very pleased with the painting it so lovely. It arrived quite quickly but I thought the painting should have been wrapped in bubble wrap or similar not just brown paper to protect shall a fragile item.

I am pleased that you like the painting you purchased. Sorry you feel that the packaging was insufficient - I trust that the picture was not damaged in any way? I find that the combination of a layer of brown paper, thick cardboard to prevent damage to the canvas and its corners, and another layer of brown paper with thick parcel tape to avoid tears works well for a piece this size.
