HYUN YOON
a London-based Korean artist
who explores and expresses herself through various mediums
“what draws me and compels me to stand in front of a sketchbook? that’s life itself.
When my life throws me a question, I always confront a huge blank - an empty page of a sketchbook - and then start to draw something.
I naively believe that all the art pieces I created could be an answer to the question.
But, many times, there doesn’t even exist any correct answer.”
Life is an amalgamation of countless moments, and HYUN sees herself as the one who envisions and captures them.
Her art revolves around drawing inspiration from life itself, infusing her creations with its essence.
To her, every single art piece is a mirror reflecting her own life, embodying her experiences and emotions.
Even during her days as a product designer, art remained an integral part of her existence, intertwining with her professional pursuits.
For the past decade, she has dedicated herself to the pursuit of creating artwork through drawings and paintings.
She is still continuing her artistic journey.
