The commissioned piece requested was everything that we’d hoped for. Inez responded quickly to all of my inquiries, and created a unique piece that is even more rich in texture and color than could be conveyed in the pictures provided throughout the process. The painting was packaged securely, sent via UPS with a tracking number and arrived in pristine condition shortly after completion. She communicated immediately. The package came in the time period specified. The packaging was a bit damaged, but the painting was intact and not damaged. After two bad experiences with Artfinder where the art we purchased was damaged, this time we had a good experience.
