Oh, good, Deborah!!! I must ask you... Was there anything not absolutely perfect in the way the piece was packaged for shipping, or any other detail? I ask because typically I am there to do it all myself and if you read my other reviews, you will see that all have given me five stars; even Paintings shipped to Hong Kong! In your case, I was leaving for France by the time the first weekday rolled around after you ordered. So my husband was responsible, and did the best he could. I apologize if anything was not just perfect!!! My only other options were making you wait until my return 2 month after you placed your order, so I could do it myself, or bringing the painting to France With me, to ship from here, but I felt that left too much margin for error. Thank you for your review. I must say under normal circumstances, I take great pride in seeing to it that every client receives much more on every front, as regards the shipping, receiving, and communication process, than they were expecting. I apologize profusely that the timing was simply a factor that precluded my total hands on service to you. I hope this will not keep you from ordering another piece in the future!!! And oh; was this not the first piece you ordered? I think I just now recall you purchasing from me before.... In which case that order should have been handled start to finish with utmost care!!! I was not quick enough off the mark to purchase a painting from Holly because I was dithering, then discovered I was really disappointed (but not surprised) it had sold. It was a delight to be reassured that Holly would paint something specifically for me and in a colour pallet to suit my decor. I was not obliged to purchase until I had viewed, but fell in love with the replacement work and I am now a very proud owner of two more of Holly's enchanting pieces. The quality of her painting is exceptional and much admired and communication, payment and shipping effortless.

Pauline, Had you not already been my new favorite person, you would have with this review been moved to the top of my list. Anyone who would still use "dithering", in a sentence, is the person I have been waiting to meet all of my life!! So glad we met.... I am so pleased to please you... Oh; I raved about you to my daughter, the English major/ writer. I think I gained significant points with her, when I shared that my latest "collector" is an English teacher. Thank you for increasing my value in my daughter's eyes, but much more, for loving your "Fleuriste". It was a joy to paint for you and I look forward to doing it again!!!!

Holly was fantastic to work with; I purchased two paintings from her with similar themes; Only two!! It was hard to decide on just two!! Holly signed each on the back of the canvas with a charming haiku, causing me to remove the painting frequently to re-read or show off to a friend!! Needless to say I am delighted with Holly's artwork; such uplifting fun views of everyday subjects!! Linda

Linda!!!! Thank you so much for this review!!! It is an extraordinary privilege to do what I do for a living. My canvases are filled with little pieces of my soul, so fostering a connection with the purchasers of my works, is "tres important" for me!!! I love that you did get the pair, and I love that you allowed me to write the little Haiku on back!!! I know you still have your eye on another piece, and I look forward to helping you fill your walls with more Cheeriness in future!!!!!

Ms Wojahn, 3 paintings were received in perfect shape. They are gorgeous and eye-catching. Feel good and pleasant every time looking at them. The "haiku" you put on the back of the painting is nice. So thoughtful and personal, recording a particular moment of the communication between the creator and the admirer. Also thanks for the packaging. It definitely demonstrated your 100% care to them. Oh my - This piece by Holly Wojahn brought needed and luscious color and happiness into my life in my office at work. I love her blend of pops of colors and her subtle humor in selecting and depicting objects in the world. I came across one of her pieces with the same joy of living more than 20 years ago and have been delighted to see find her and her work again - still bringing color and life to our world!
