Beautiful image to feed the soul, accurately listed, colours in picture true to the painting and Helen was lovely throughout the purchase. Really happy with quality and whole experience, I would like to see some pictures framed as well as being able to choose I like to see how the painter would display the picture but most of all I recommend buying from Helen and Artfinder very easy and safe. Picture is being framed so available to post.

I am delighted with my painting. It came very well packaged and with a pack of Helen's lovely greeting cards which was a nice bonus! Helen's work has a beautiful sense of calm and serenity and I am very happy to have one of these lovely paintings in my home. The colours were identical to the photographs of the painting on the website. Thank you Helen I'm sure I will be back for more.

I've just received one of Helen's paintings which I bought and it's even more beautiful then on the website. I really love it. Helen your work is incredible and incredibly up lifting. Thank you also for the kind way in which you packaged the art work with complementary greeting cards and a note of thanks. It was a lovely and very welcome personal touch.

The piece was dispatched promptly and well packaged. The artist sent a very sweet personal message. The only negative is that the colors are not as pictured. I recognize that this is a risk that must be assumed when purchasing online as all monitors display color differently. So, I do not fault the artist for this. What appeared to be a blue based red turned out be a shockingly bright pink that reminded me of the hi-lighting pens I used in school. While I would have much preferred that the color was as it appeared on my screen, the primary reason I chose this piece was that there are specific elements in black that compliment a different painting that I have. I probably wouldn't have selected this if I had seen the true color of the pink since it is extremely bright and I was really looking for something with a blue-red. But, I'm thinking it might still work when framed and matted properly so I am not sending it back. This experience wouldn't deter me from buying other pieces from Helen if I found the right one. She was very professional in my experience with her. In the future, I would just communicate with an artist about colors or any other concerns before purchasing.

Dear Eileen Thank you so much for writing such a thoughtful and considered review. I really appreciate it, I can only apologise that the pink element of your painting was not as expected. I work hard to ensure that the photographs are as accurate and realistic as possible, but as you say some monitors are calibrated for colour slightly differently. I am extremely keen for purchasers to be delighted with their purchase so always welcome feedback and of course offer a no question return policy if not entirely satisfied and delighted. Helen is always so lovely to deal with and her beautiful artworks always arrive quickly and immaculately packed. Her paintings are simultaneously bold and subtle and most importantly, look fantastic on my wall!!
