The art is beautiful, however I was shocked when it was delivered in a non-rigid cardboard tube. While I understand for shipping purposes it is easier and of course cheaper, than sending a stretched canvas - however that was what I was expecting. To make matters worse the roll was damaged and hence the canvas has some wrinkling. Why an artist would not take more pride in ensuring their artwork, that is traveling halfway around the world, is shipped in a non-collapsible tube, is beyond me. I have reached out to the artist but have not heard boo. I hope that a stretch mount and framing will repair the damage. Artfinder has been very good - however the artist needs better customer relations. I will however enjoy this painting in my home!
