Grace was a pleasure to deal with - prompt, communicative and responsive and I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from her again. Although this is nothing to do with Grace, I received my first purchase with no tax duties, but for some reason, had to pay £10.00 tax on my second parcel. Worth pointing out as it may happen so some of your other UK customers.

Hi Karina, I'm glad you are enjoying your new paintings. It's unfortunate that UK puts an extra tax on random parcels. Beyond my control, I agree, it is strange that packages of the same size and value were treated differently. One was taxed while the other was not.
