The Lincut print arrived very promptly and in excellent condition. Communication with Gerry was good and I did acknowledge receipt. Love the print now displayed next to Padstow lobsters painting by Susie Ray and Fish Festival by Sea West.

I love the print and it was beautifully wrapped for delivery. However it was a shame the print had previously been folded so there was a clear fold crease halfway down the picture.

Hello Elizabeth I’m so sorry that the print reached you in a less than perfect condition. I’m trying to work out how the fold could have occurred; all my prints are stored flat and I do my best to package them carefully, wrapped in tissue, then cellophane, then two sheets of protective cardboard well taped up, so they arrive in pristine condition. Please could you send me a picture of the damage so that I can try and understand what has gone wrong? From what you have said it doesn’t sound like it was damaged in transit, but if that was the case I may be able to claim from the Royal Mail. I do not expect my buyers to accept a print in anything other than perfect condition or to experience anything less than 100% satisfaction, so I would like to offer to replace the print with another from the edition. It’s a shame that you didn’t let me know what had gone wrong and given me a chance to respond before leaving a review for me. Please do send me some pictures of the damage and let me know if you would like a replacement print. I look forward to hearing from you. Kind regards Gerry
