The artwork arrived in only a few days and was very well packaged in a very robust tube. At the time I had bought a watercolor (unframed) from another artist of similiar size which was mailed between a couple of sheets of cardboard which sustained damage in transit. The artwork is very beautiful and exceeded my expectations. I am currently in the process of framing the drawing.

Dear John, I'm so glad that you are satisfied with your new artwork, I believe that it will look wonderful when become framed! I'm trying to do my best in a matter of packaging, to avoid damage. Maybe that other artist has no previous experiences in packaging, I hope that after this situation he will know better.
