Absolutely love the piece. Didn't have any communication. Disappointed with the delivery at a cost of £5.95 it seems poor that it took 8 days to arrive.

Dear Anthony, I'm so pleased that you like the lino print you ordered but I am so sorry that you are disappointed by the delivery and communication. I despatched it within the advertised 5 working days and I see that they attempted delivery and left a card the next day and that you collected it from the post office the day after that. I'd love to be able to speed up my delivery but I keep it at 5 working days for despatch as I know I can keep to that and I wouldn't want to let anyone down. I use Royal Mail signed for delivery as I find them to be reliable. I have tried cheaper companies in the past but have had trouble with them damaging parcels a number of times. I don't want anyone to be disappointed when buying one of my prints and I am sorry that you have been. I will have another look at the my postage times etc and see if there is anything I can do in the future to improve it. Thank you for your comments and again for you order. Best wishes, Fiona
