I received my wonderful painting on the exact day it was due to arrive. It was so well packaged. I was impressed. Eugenia emailed me and we had a conversation about her work. She was very helpful and friendly. A great experience all round.

Lovely picture - even better when you have the real thing. The seller is very helpful. Could perhaps do with slightly stiffer packaging as the world's postmen are not the most gentle.

Artwork were just as pictured. There was a long delay on the delivery for some reason, hence the 4 star for delivery. There was no communication from the seller, which is why I have given a 3.

Dear Gina, Unfortunately, due to the pandemic of the coronovirus Covid-19 between our countries, air traffic of postal services was disrupted. Parcels are sent by land. In this connection, parcels may be delayed. Unfortunately, the Russian post made this warning just recently. In any case, I am very glad that the paintings reached you. Excellent experience with Eugenia. She shipped the painting promptly, even in these difficult circumstances (Covid). It was trackable and well packaged. She even included a little surprise, which was very sweet of her. The watercolor painting is stunning and looks exactly as pictured. Eugenia is very talented and a pleasure to interact with.
