  • Steve Jobs statue in Budapest by Erno Toth

Steve Jobs statue in Budapest by Erno Toth

In December 2023, it will be 12 years since the installation of my most famous statue - the first life-size statue of Apple founder Steve Jobs in the world. We unveiled the statue, almost 2 meters high and weighing 220 kilograms, on December 21, 2011 outside the headquarters of Hungarian software company Graphisoft in Budapest. This work has been widely reported by the world's media, including the Daily Mail, the Wall Street Journal and many others. I tried to capture him in his typical pose, turtleneck, jeans, sneakers and round glasses. And of course, with an iPhone in hand...I think that considering the short time I had to create the statue (only 2 months since Steve Jobs died in October 2011) my intention was quite successful.

On the 18-hectare park of the successful software company Graphisoft in Budapest, in addition to the big statue of Steve Jobs, there are also other sculptures of mine - Big fish and one of my favorite ones - a chess game called End game. Check her out in this video.
