    I always get out and about for my inspiration. For my latest collection focusing on coastal themes I spent a fair amount of time catching the light at Woolacombe, Watergate Bay and Saunton Sands. All stunning and wild, especially out of season, which is my favourite time to head to a beach, the wilder the weather, the better. 10 May 2021

    DOING WHAT I LOVE BEST

    Me at the screenprint table where all the magic happens. I spent so many hours here at East London Printmakers, learning my craft. Many frustrating hours and a fair few happy ones too. Screenprinting was quite a tough skill for me to master. When I started out, I couldn't imagine being able to print something and not get paint everywhere.. but over time, I've worked things out and now have my own home print studio and still find its the most rewarding (and often stressful) creative process.

    Watercolour pencils

    I love finishing work with watercolour pencils. It just adds touches of subtlety, when the screenprint process itself can be fast and blunt, I like to spend an hour or two, tweaking things very subtly to make everything sing.
