Emma was delightful through the whole process. Shipping was quick and tracking information accurate (some countries provide minimal updates and no movement for weeks). Thankfully, she packed the painting in bubble wrap instead of styrofoam, brilliant! No mess and better for the environment. The painting is exactly as rendered on the site and allows me to visit the rugged coast of Cornwall! It brings joy and imagination to my home. Would definitely recommend her.

Order was dispatched a couple of days after being placed at the weekend. It was double bubble wrapped then placed in a sturdy cardboard box. Arrived in good order via DHL. Emma let me know once it was dispatched, and when to expect it.
