The two paintings have arrived and each is an absolute joy. That is what you have painted......joy! I love the way you have used white in the compositions. It grabs the light in our room. I also love your strong yet gentle lines and shadows. The subjects leave me feeling light hearted. You paint real situations in such a way that the viewer is instantly engaged. There is a wonderful feeling tone in your work. Thank you for your clever skill in selecting subjects. You identify the small pieces of life that are the true textures of everyday living. Saw this painting on a postcard at the Caldey Island Post Office, so bought the original. Love the colours and a great souvenir of 'Pembrokeshire August 2017'.
