Emma was so helpful throughout; the artwork was lovely and arrived well packaged. I have taken off a star only bc the size of the painting was incorrect on the web-site - but that might not have been Emma's fault.

This is a great piece and its depiction from website to actual painting was spot on. The package arrived a little under the weather but the contents were fine! This is the first piece of original artwork I have ever purchased and I could not be happier. Good luck to Emma! Thomas Weeks

Brilliant feedback from an art enthusiast! I must admit that shipping larger pieces internationally can be tricky, but I guess that it's something that has to be extremely well considered. Seemingly, a good ratio of bubble wrap and card should be put around the piece prior to the final outer layer. I am now considering investing in plastic parcel bags or wrap for this purpose so that there is no risk of ripping or dampness getting through to the work. Poor packaging potentially nearly ruined a piece of my art work and this would have been devastating for both parties involved. I'm just so glad that the painting did survive and that Thomas is able to enjoy the piece he bought. Many thanks for your kind feedback Thomas!
