there was slight delay in delivery and she was wonderful at tracking it down, keeping me informed, and crediting some of the charges for the delay. And the picture is beautiful

Painting is even more impressive in person than I could've imagined. The colors pop and contrast just like the picture. It is hanging over our fireplace in our brand new home and is a gorgeous focal point for the room. I've stopped counting how many compliments we've recieved on Emilia's work. The communication was prompt and very charming and shipping was great. The work arrived earlier than expected and although the (plastic?) frame was damaged during shipping, it still arrived in perfect condition. This was my first purchase on Artfinder.com and the entire transaction went better than most of my online purchases. Very happy with the artist, the work and the overall experience.
