Elena is not only a talented artist she also communicated clearly throughout the process of sending it from Russia to the UK. She was friendly, amusing and a great communicator - a pleasure to deal with. My son in the UK really liked his present and was particularly touched by the personal note from Elena to wish him a happy birthday!
