I had a problamatic process with this delivery, but to be clear this was not directly the fault of the artist, and the issues was with the service in the UK and not the service of the sending Netherlands. However my recomendation to all artist is not to use the postal service but couriers such as DHL etc. The painting is fantastic!

Thank you for the recommendation. This is the first time I had the information about the problems with service in UK. Using of other couriers will increase the delivery costs. I am happy to know that you like the painting. However, this review will decrease my rating at Artfinder and may impact on future sales.

I really love the painting that I ordered from Elena. It is sitting on my fireplace mantel and it is one of the last things that I look at it each night before going upstairs to bed. A very nice painting and Elena was communicative throughout the selling and shipping process. I would definitely purchase from Elena again:)

Communication with Elena was excellent. She was quick to reply and highly accommodating. The very well-packaged paintings were shipped superfast and arrived quickly despite their long voyage. What's more, they look stunning! The way Elena captures ordinary subjects and transforms them into something greater is sublime (if only we all had the capacity to view the world through such a lens). Her compositions are beautiful, the paintings imbued with radiant energy as captivating as the images themselves. We are lucky to have such a talented artist's artwork available to us.

I thought I'd already reviewed the picture, but in general, the artist started with the boy's pleading eyes, his face was equal, your eyes focused on him. The head covering (his hair, or lack of it) and his bottoms were plain and left you staring at just the face, the eyes. It is a wonderful painting, I hope she agrees. Bob
