Dear Shirley, Thank you for taking the time to write me a review. I’m very glad that you loved “My Garden 6” and that the two paintings look nice on your wall. I note you graded my seller communication 2 out of 5. Could this be because you didn’t see the two messages I sent you via Artfinder messaging system? On April 13th, the day of your order, I promptly sent you a message to thank you and inform you when your paintings will be shipped. That was followed the next day by a message with all the shipping details. The paintings were dispatched the next day following your order, arrived to your delivery address in 2 working days, as stated, and were picked up by you the next day. For listing accuracy, your grade was 3 out of 5. For this series of paintings I provided 7 photos, starting with work in progress, in context, close ups and packaging, together with comments regarding the techniques used and the shipping process. On both these points, (communication and listing accuracy), I would very much welcome more feedback, as I am keen to continue improving the sales experience for the customers who purchase my artworks.
