Merlin

An overview of me painting 'Merlin'. The first layer consists of a structure paste mixed with sand. The second layer is what I call the 'flowpaint-layer': water mixable oil paint is mixed with water and oil to flow freely over the canvas. This way the basic composition is formed in large part by the flow of the water.
