The seller was a delight to deal with and very helpful. The intensity of the colors were slightly different than what I received.

Thank you for taking the time to rate your purchase. I am truly sorry that you are not completely satisfied and certainly, I don't want to minimize your opinion. There may be color differences in the display due to different monitor settings. However, I had written to you before shipping that the frame, and therefore the painting, is red. Also, I have you after the expiry of the return period still offered a return shipment or exchange. I am sorry that you could not make use of this.
