sometimes the package can reach with a small delay.....the responsibility is solely in Courier and not mine..... you have two weeks if you do not like the work to send back Sir Guy Howard Armstrong Rogers I am artist and work hard every day for the best ...I send my projects in 30 different countries and no customer has no problem with my art work . It is very bad for me and for my shop I do not understand the reason I would like to protect me from those the negatives comments ..I am artist and do the best always for my work.

Dimitris' work was just as displayed He provided constant communication regarding the status of the shipment and very secure packing to ensure the art was not damaged I will continue to look for more of his works. Thanks Monica

Excellent experience with Dimitris! He followed up after purchase to see if my package was recieved and offered any assistance he could at his end. Additionally, the art work is fantasic! The pictures online does not do it justice in regards to the textures and other subtle nuances that can be experienced in person. As an avid art collector, this was my first (and admittedly hesitant) purchase from Artfinder and I am very pleased at the quailty of art and level of professionalism (I usually purchase at galleries and auctions). Thanks Dimitris for a great purchasing experience and excellent piece of art that fits in perfectly with my other abstract/abstract expressionist pieces (you piece looks great beside my Richard Stankiewicz!).

The artist was great at communication and I love the art. However, the packaging was not appropriate for any mail transit. (Not even local and this was shipped internationally) it was shipped wrapped in cardboard (not even a real box) and the ends were two makeshift taped pieces of cardboard. Needless to say my art arrived damaged. (Frame was cracked and the entire piece had to be restretched and reframed locally) the artist paid for all this to be done and was very apologetic about the entire thing. However, if one truly had appreciation and respect for Their work- why would they ever ship it in such a fashion?
