I have yet to receive my artwork. The tracking number shows that the shipping process began, but then there has been no activity since. I am aware the piece is coming by ship, but what is a reasonable amount of time to wait? Is there someone who can do some deeper digging to find out what has happened? I had to pay for something that I haven’t received. I appreciate any attention you can give to this matter. Karrie Gillam

I am very sad about the long delay. I´m about to send a shipment tracking to DHL. They say that this can only be done 42 days after shipment. The delay is already up to 46 days now, so I can do that tracking. They ask for a confirmation that you haven´t received your parcel yet. Please drop me some lines confirming that your parcel is still missing and include the tracking number and your full address. I´ll make a screenshot then and add it to the query. But even the tracking can last up to 5 weeks (!) as DHL says. I can only ask for your patience and hope that your parcel will arrive soon. Dietrich

The paintings I bought are exquisite. The artist’s skill is remarkable. The paintings arrived safely & very well packaged.

Mr Moravec never disappoints. The quality and technical ability of this artist is always first class. I love all his creations and admire his tremendous contribution to beautiful photo-realistic art forms.

My apologies that it has taken me this long to write a review! The pebbles are exquisite in their detail and one is tempted to try to pluck them off the page -- quite a feat for a pencil drawing.
