  • Biography

For the whole of my life, I've been an outsider who sees the world differently. This finds an expression in my post modern impressionistic art, which evokes the natural world and the dynamics of nature in an emotional, colourful, vibrant style. A resident of the East Neuk coast in Fife, where the sun shines like it is Southern California and the sea glitters like psychedelic diamonds, with awe and affection, I plugs directly into the world around me with a rare passion and with total commitment my art...

    Major influences –
    Barbara Rae, Paul Klee

Event: Pittenweem Arts Festival - The Gyles

    Dates: Aug. 3, 2019 - Aug. 11, 2019

Venue: Pittenweem Arts Festival, The Gyles, Pittenweem, Fife, Scotland

My Gallery is located in The Gyles. Right on the old harbour front by the pier.
Pittenweem in the East Neuk of Fife is home to around 30 artists and craft designers. The Festival was begun in 1982 by several resident artists. Each August since then, the Festival has grown to include 130 or more artists and makers from all over Britain who exhibit in houses, studios, galleries and public spaces throughout the village.
To view art in these surroundings makes a refreshing comparison to the constraints of conventional galleries.
