I did not have any need to contact the seller, so seller communication section is not applicable in this case. The artwork arrived quickly and in good condition, and as listed, though would have preferred slightly sturdier packaging. Love the artwork.

The art work was not signed on the back as listed and although it said it came framed I expected a cheapish frame not a bit of plastic from IKEA with little more that laminated paper. I did contact the seller and although I admit the frame was my fault for expecting better and assuming the artist would value her art more, but I guess she feels it makes more money this way, shame as I would have purchased the other in the series. However, I did request a certificate of authentication and this was provided.

Hello Jan! I think that the frame it's less important than the work. I sell work in the frame to present what they look like framed. If somebody would like buy without frame it's no problem! Sorry about sign, it was my fault , I forgot about it but I sent to you a certificate. Anyway I hope that you like my drawing and thanks for transaction :)
