  • Biography
Christopher James Murphy is a British painter, born in Wales and living in London. Specialising in the male form, Christopher works in oil and watercolour primarily but with other materials and experimentation with technique being a large part of the artwork. The material aspect of paint and an enjoyment of the process of making an art piece is at the front of the paintings Christopher produces.

The male form and themes of LGBT visibility and empowerment are the main themes explored in Christopher’s artwork.
