    Painting on easel in Studio - Derwent Valley Mill Pond

    My studio is based in the worlds oldest iron structured building at the World Heritage site in the Derwent Valley Mills. This painting is the view from my studio across the millpond in autumn - the water cascades down the weir to feed the wheels that powered the machines of the embryonic Industrial Revolution.
