About César Hugo

I’m a self-taught multidisciplinary artist based in Porto, Portugal. I started my art as a tattoo artist almost 30 years ago. My work crosses over painting and sculpture. I consider myself a lowbrow artist, whose work is predominantly rooted in underground subculture and I source inspiration from a variety of topics and aesthetics.I want to sell on Artfinder so I can become part of an international community of independent artists and reach a worldwide audience.
