Dear Ismay, Thank you for your review! Regarding the delivery and packaging. I think it's good to know that a faster courier (like DHL, or FedEX, for instance) is 2-3 times more expensive. I charged for the National Post option. The fact that is was held in customs is totally out of my control. Regarding the packaging - I prepare the packages manually, and my main purpose is that the artwork has to arrive in perfect condition. Did you receive the artwork damaged? Regarding the listing accuracy - please, can you specify what did you find inaccurate in the artwork's listing? Thank you very much. kind regards, Catalin

I bought these two artworks to hang together. When I recived them one piece was on canvas and the other was on a board so the thickness was different. I assumed they both would be on the same material. It’s important to read the discriptions carefully.
