Hello Robert, Thank you once again for buying my little paintings and thank you also for your kind words and lovely reviews I really do appreciate them. I'm so sorry that you seem to have had a bad experience with the delivery or packaging. Please let me know what was wrong with it, so I can make sure it doesn't happen again. I packed it as I always do and got it sent through the Royal Mail as I usually do for the small paintings. Did they mess it up? Was it damaged or delayed? I may need to re-evaluate using them if they are not delivering on time or in good condition. If you see a large painting that you would like to get at any time, just message me and I will send you over a discount code for a lovely discount on it. I am always happy to give a discount for my loyal collectors like yourself. I tend to only send them out when requested though as they all have a time limit set on them and I always feel like I am saying buy something now if I send them out un-requested. I prefer myself to find something I like then get a discount on it rather than have to pick something to take advantage of a limited time offer and I'm sure you probably do to. I love this painting by Carolynne Coulson, it looks fab framed above my fireplace in my newly decorated lounge. The painting came well packaged and arrived promptly. Carolynne also sent me a lovely card with a small painting on the front, which is also going to be framed and put up in my lounge. I am very pleased with my purchase and would definitely buy a Carolynne Coulson painting again.
