Carolynne provided excellent, timely communication regarding the shipment of these pieces. My shipping costs were also discounted as all art pieces were sent at once. that was appreciated. they came quickly (much faster than delivery within the states!) and were well packaged. ! am planning to purchase a few more in the next few months both as gifts and for myself.

Unfortunately the postal service lost the piece, but Carolynne was responsive and quick to replace the it with another work. The painting I received is beautiful, and Carolynne was a pleasure to deal with.
