Prompt delivery. Came with a personal note from the artist which was unexpected but much appreciated. Patiently waiting on my husband fitting the fixtures to the wall so that it can take pride of place on the living room wall! It was originally purchased with a placement in the hallway in mind but it's too nice to be placed in a room that isn't used regularly.

Carolynne was really helpful and the paintings are just what I expected. Only minor niggle relates to ParcelForce, who failed twice to leave a card when they were unable to deliver.
