Beautiful piece, nicely wrapped and a bonus to get a lovely card with it. It took 10 days from order to delivery which was a little later than hoped but otherwise no complaints. Thanks x

Being a Yorkshire lass living in the big smoke, I bought this beautiful work to remind me of home - I love it as much in "real life" as I did on the website. There is some incredible detail which isn't fully appreciated looking online. Carolynne is indeed very talented, and I'm delighted with my purchase. The reasoning behind the low rating for seller communication and delivery and packaging was, unlike the 2 other artists I purchased from at the same time, both of whom acknowledged and offered thanks for the receipt of my order and both later messaged to confirm despatch, there was no acknowledgement or communication received from Carolynne, which was a little disappointing. Having said this it would not deter me purchasing another artwork from her.

Hello Tracey, I am sorry that you found my communication lacking, but so glad that you love the artwork. I am very grateful to every buyer of my work and like to send my thanks in a handmade card put into the parcel with the work. I could of just done a quick thank you message, but I thought this way was more personal and it gave a little extra to the customer as each card is a little artwork in itself. I even try to send an artwork which compliments the purchase if I can, as I want the customer to receive something they like and maybe could frame up too. I am surprised to hear that you didn't get confirmation of delivery though. I thought this came through from Artfinder automatically when I input the shipping information, which is why I didn't send anything, as it would just be a duplication. I will send these in future. Thank you for making me aware this wasn't happening. Once again, sorry, I never want to disappoint a customer and genuinely try and handle each order as I would like it to be done if I were the buyer. I'm not much of a digital person I guess, I hate mobile phones, and love being out in the countryside away from it all and I must admit I always value something tangible over emails which I find all too frequent and not often enough useful. I hope that the print reminds you of the beautiful landscape here in Yorkshire and brings you pleasure every time you look at it. Thank you once again for buying my artwork.
