Carlos was extremely helpful and patient with providing me whatever information I requested. His replies always came within the same day and he was more than willing to explain in detail questions about his art. Carlos also was kind enough to meet my requests. When the art arrived it was packaged very well that would definitely prevent any sort of damage from being incurred during the shipping process. A well prepared certificate of authenticity was included in a file attached with the delivery. Carlos is an artist that I recommend for his amazing art but also for the all-round customer orientated service he provides. Best regards from Singapore!

Carlos Aun - WOW! Das Werk einfach Klasse, die Lieferung und Verpackung waren noch einmal ein Highlight. Auf der stabilen Holzvertäfelung hat Carlos noch einmal den Scrooge gezeichnet, aber so gut, dass die Verpackung nun ebenfalls behalten wird. Die Farben sind im Original noch besser und seine Werke zeigen Lebensfreude. Nun bekommt das Werk bald seinen verdienten Platz. Danke Carlos, wenn ich Platz wieder habe maile ich dir. Sven G.

The painting is exactly as described except that the listing said it was ready to hang and then when it arrived it was a rolled-up canvas. So... I had to build a custom frame to stretch the canvas. If I had known in advance, I would have had it ready when it arrived. Other than that, the painting is beautiful!
